I found it once a few weeks ago, but i never saved it...
Now i cannot find it.

I'd appreciate if someone could send it to me.

I would think it is still under copyright.
It might not be, because although it would obviously be so under the usual 70-year rule, this rule appears not to apply in the case of a good deal of Soviet-era Russian music, so it's probably worth checking first.

It's going to be PD everywhere except Russia and other former soviet territories that still uphold the old, USSR copyright laws.  So it's totally safe to post here.
