Keys and instruments in foreign languages

Or it will say something like that.

Where's a good description of what that means exactly?  I'm guessing that's a fixed solfege system?  

And I know German has the h and B is really Bb.  I think.  

What's a good resource for identifying keys in other non-English languages?
