Fantasie Impromptu is much more dificult than Nocturnes op 9... I dont know your level, I think Fantasie Impromptu must be level 8 or 8+. And, in the beggining, right hand plays 4/4 and left hand 3/4 wich isnt easy... So, if you arent level 8 yet, it will be better for you to wait a little. But only you know what`s your level  :-\
Best wishes
Rui

C. Chang seems to think that it's not to hard https://www.pianofundamentals.com/book/en/1.II.25.3

I've just been reading his book, Can't play Fantasia Impromptu yet but will be interesting to see if I can improve my technique sufficiently using his advice. I'm gonna give it a try in a couple of weeks after doing some more ground work first. I've been out of serious practice for a while.

How Many Hours Should You Practice the Piano? – The Lines Between Science, Method and Passion

It is a timeless question, a persistent voice in the mind of every pianist: “How many hours must I practice to truly improve?” It springs from a perfectly legitimate desire to measure the commitment required to transform our ambitions into sound, whether that means playing a simple minuet or dreaming of the world’s most prestigious stages. Giulio Cinelli from Pianosolo.it guides us through this classic topic. Read more
