Baby Grand Piano, nice walnut with bench. Recently tuned by Jeff Murphy - https://pianotunerservice.com/ - and plays very well. Real ivories, chip n dale leg styling. Fancy art work wood on piano music rest and legs. Can assist with delivery cost.

You're price seems fair enough if the piano plays well. If everything at least works and it sounds ok, you should have no problem selling it at that price.
