duplets over triplets in beethoven sonata 25 opus 79

I'm learning the third movement of Beethovens sonata 25 opus 79 and I am having a hard time with the triplet phrases in the left hand over the duplets in the right hand. I can't make them even. I've tried practicing them really slow but that doesn't help.

Can anybody help me how to practice this. Tnanks!!

I find it most helpful to deal with polyrhythm by taking the lowest common multiple and plotting out the notes graphically so that I can visualize how the voices align with each other.

I recommend you do a Search for past discussions here using the phrase "lowest common multiple" (quotation marks included); even if most of them are about Chopin's Fantaisie-Impromptu

, the substance of the information is still applicable.

You could search on polyrhythm as well, but it would probably find a zillion hits; lowest common multiple finds just a handful, and they go to the core of the matter.
