Piano competitions in Sweden, Finland or nearby?

Hello,

I'm looking for one of my friend a piano competition in region of Sweden, Finland or nearby.  He's 14 yrs old very talented pianist.

Could somebody recommend upcoming competitions or give links to some sites that list these competitions?

Well, here in Denmark we have an annual Steinway Piano Festival, I'm sure they must have something similar in other countries, try a search on google "Steinway Piano Festival" f.ex
It's more of a festival than a competition, well..it's both actually :)
