I do not know this work at all, and am not near a piano, but the passage does not seem overly difficult. My first instinct is to try and catch the LH B's with the thumb, so that you have an easy time with the B-F#-G-B figure (1-3-2-1 or 1-4-3-1, whichever is more comfortable for you), and then 'thumb-under' to a second-inversion G major triad hand position (with a 4 on the D).
RH seems much more manageable, from the FF:
4-3-2-1¦2-4-5-2 3-1-2-4 5-2-3-1 2-4-1-2¦5
(I would be tempted to take the final G octave with the RH.
This might all be useless, but I hope it helps a bit.
