ok so my background:
used to study piano under a teacher when I was around 10 years old. ( I'm 22 tomorrow

).
got my grade 2 under the ABRSM.
haven't played much since 2003 essentially.
bought myself a casio Px-130 when I came into some cash.
dug out my old books, mostly old grade books scales for those exams, and a copy of Hanon in 60 ex's.
Ive practiced scales ( and eventually gotten bored

). I felt i'd take a stab at teaching myself some pieces I actually want to play, like chopin waltz 64-2 and some other pieces. Ive found however that its asking a lot at the moment, and so want some advice:
Any recommendations /excercises for strengthening my weaker hand ( in this case my left hand)?
Any tips for interesting pieces I should look into which may be suitable for my level? (brownie points for any similar in style to chopin)
estimated grade level someone would have to begin playing a piece like faintaise impromptu?
I'm interested in learning it ( seemingly in the distant future). I learnt a few bars of the left hand, hoping to slowly piece it together, but i'm having trouble with co-ordination and speed. any tips for improving this would be a major help.
any other useful tidbits would be great too

@offtopic, first post, and looking forward to reading the board from now on
