Any comments about buying a used Steinway "O"? What should I be on the lookout for?

F, you give no info on the piano in question. How old is it? Was it rebuilt, and what was done to it? If it was rebuilt, does it have a new soundboard, bridge caps, pinblock? Was the action rebuilt ?
The only way to be sure if the piano is worth your time is to pay to have a Tech check it out for you.
