Have you seen and played this piano in person?  If not, I suggest you do so first.  You might like it, or you may not like it in which case you just move on to looking at other pianos. 

Have you played a U2 in order that you may make a comparison yourself?  What matters more is your personal impression of the piano.  If you don't like a UX2, there is no point in getting it just because someone else says they think it is better than a U2.  Pianos are very personal objects, and not all people like a model equally.  What matters is how well the piano can do what you desire of it. 

If it does hold your interest, have an independent piano technician (that you hire, not one from the store) check out the piano and give you an evaluation of its condition.
