So i decided to try to restore my really old piano. I took out the action and replaced most of the bridal straps on the hammers. When i put the action back in the keys are all up, but some of them (the ones that i replaced the straps on) dont push down! I have tried to take the new bridal straps off but it still does the same thing! HELP ME!

You've got some bits lined up in the wrong order before fitting the bridle (spelling!) straps. Just have a look, comparing the working notes with the non-working notes, and you'll soon see what's what.

Common problem for a first timer. Like Mr. Black said, something is not lined up properly and my guess is not the bridle straps. Check the jacks. Sound like they are  off the hammer butt. Compare with the working ones as posted above.

Okay thanks! I pushed the jacks in front of the hammers and it works great!

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
