ABRSM new syllabus
on: August 17, 2010, 07:40:58 PM
I am trying to choose my pieces for my grade 8 in the 2011-12 syllabus and am finding it supremely difficult!
For my A it's between the bach P+f in b flat maj, the ravel fugue and the trygve madsen p+f
My B choices are between the haydn hob 38 and the beethoven op 26 allegro
With the Cs its between chopin nocturne op 32 no1 and Liszt au lac de wallenstadt
I'm just interested in seeing what conlusions anyone else has come to and even if you are taking the exam what you think of the pieces themselves.
Thanks, Ste
