Wonderful! Thank you for sharing!
What are you up to in life these days? I hope it's still very much in music?

What wonderful, fresh, bright, flashy Bach! I really liked that. It was so musical! Your use of pedal was sparse (I think the hall was probably enough in itself, right?), the touch crystal clear, the rhythm steady (except the exaggerated retard in the prelude!) - it was everything I expect to hear in "modern" piano-played Bach. SO satisfying!

this is quite nice! it saddens me that someone as talented as you could have any struggles in music, but it just illustrates the iniquity of the modern music industry. alas.
i very much liked your handling of the fugue. even with the technical limitations of the recording device, all of the voices were crystal clear and easy to follow. you clearly worked very hard at this and I look forward to hearing other recordings of yours.

Excellent. The prelude interpretation was very Richter-esque. I like the retard, btw.

Richer is my favorite pianist, and I love his Bach, but I actually think there is more style here than Richter likes to press. And it's very tasteful style...I will say, I *ADORE* this recording, and since I missed it the first time around, I wanted to add in to its unanimous praise. Congrats pianist1976!
