Just glancing at it...

Cool look to that main page.  Maybe the links on the left could be bigger so they stand out more and are easier to click on.

The text over the piano is background pic is a little hard to read.

I wouldn't mind being greeted by a pic of you and maybe an embedded youtube video so I could hear you play right away if I wanted to.  I really don't like sites that have music start playing automatically when you enter the page.

I have a sense that it might be laid out a little better, something with the organization.  I see artist news and press news -- What's the difference, I'm thinking?  It looks like artist news is about updates on the website.  (Caps needed here...  A) anyone   .)

Overall it looks impressive though.

Thanks for the post.

The press section is about any press about me. The artist news is about news on my career.
Can't really combine as I don't think it would fit.

For the text, I was thinking about a bigger one, but upon trying it, it was way too big. Will see what I can do though.

Good idea about the pic/video. Will se what I can do about that.

I was just curious.  I looked at that Price Rubin agent and I couldn't find your name in his roster.  Unless you're not under "piano".
I don't know where you find the time to creat these sites!  When do you practise?  ;D

That new site lookes great.

I also missed a photo on the front page. But let me suggest, as your site is about the pianist AND teacher, also put that picture of yourself teaching at that masterclass (which is my favorite of your pics) somewhere else than just in the "photos" section. Perhaps in a seperate section about your teaching. Show that teaching is a big part of your life (only if it is, of course  ;))

By the way, you have a really interesting concerto repertoire.

I am actually on there. The way the artists show on Price Rubin is randomly. Basically the site script changes in what order artists are listed. As of today, I am on page 2.

To answer your question, here is my daily schedule (except weekends):

- wake up at 8am or 9am
- computer between 9am and 12-1pm. I check email, sites, news, play games, send emails to presenters
- practice between 1pm-3:30pm or 4pm.
- teach from 3:30pm or 4pm until 8-9pm
- get home after teaching and computer until about 2-3am. I play games, check emails, send emails to presenters, work on websites and such.

Also, it doesnt take long. All of my sites use already coded softwares (free softwares), so it is simply a question of organizing and such. By the way, I also run an ads site https://adsclassified.novahost.org
But to get back to my site, it took me basically 2-3 days to setup and actually copy and paste all the info you currently see.

I am actually looking at ways to have a pic on the front page, but since I am not a coder, I will have to post at one of my support sites to see how to do it :)

And yes, I do love repertoire out of the usual area :)
That is one of the main reasons why I focus on performing contemporary music (especially American living composers) in recitals.
I wish I would be able to do it with orchestras as well, but it takes time to convince directors.

Interesting!  You actually spend more time at the computer then you do at the piano.  Now I don't feel so guilty!  Actually, as Eva Oncken von Knorring used to say,  if you can't get  it done in 3 hours a day, give it up!

My hours of practice vary. Like starting next week, it will be more because I am learning 2 pieces and getting 2 different concerts programs ready.
But yea, generally I don't do more than 3-4 hours a day during the week.
