Long time no see!

Hi guys,

I seem to have neglected Pianostreet this year. Sorry

But since I was last here, I've graduated from high school, been revising madly for exams, have gained my driver's license, and have dyed my hair red (and cut it short). (I also got a bit fatter, but shush...)

Today I handed up my Musicianship arrangement...an arrangement of Greensleeves for Flute Quartet. I'm not even going to go into how sick I am of that song (yes, it's a song. It has lyrics).
In two days, I have my final summative piano performance, for which I'm playing Debussy's Prelude from Suite Bergamasque, Rachmaninoff's Prelude 3:2, and Mussorgsky's Old Castle. I can't wait, and I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I keep making stupid mistakes :S
On Saturday, I have my Japanese oral exam...that'll be fun...I hope I don't forget how to say everything.
Aaaand on Monday, I have the first of my real exams...English. After that, I have Japanese, Chemistry, Psychology, and Music.

Then I'm free.

Freeeeeeeeeeeee.

 

At least until next March, at which point I start University, (hopefully) studying an Arts degree, majoring in English and Japanese, and doing that as a double degree with secondary education.

So that's me for the last year or so. How have you all been?

Do you? If so, I can only assume that you're simply not trying hard enough. Ceasing and desisting from posting to it often helps (not that I am for one moment suggesting, let alone advocating, that you do this)...

Actually, looking at the stats page, I only need another 35 posts to overtake the old witch and become the biggest poster in Pianistreets history.
