Kawai K3 Vs Yamaha T121

I need some help to decide between the Kawai K3 and The Yamaha T121.
Can somebody help with this? I need to know which one is a better instrument for the money.
I don't know anything about acoustic pianos and so far I only saw the Kawai in a small dealer that only had one and it was out of tune (the guy is giving me a great price) I'm going to see the Yamaha
this Sunday. I'm still need to hear from the experts which one is better and why.
