This is a follow up of the "Is weight lifting bad for pianists"  thread.  Just post any physical exercises that you thin are beneficial for the pianist.  I will start:

Swimming

Inspire, be Inspired, and Aspire.

Skiing, Snowboard, Volleyball and Basketball are problematic. And being Goalie at soccer :p

Well you know what I do for exercise? :) I listen to music (most of the time with headphones) and jump and dance  ;D well it's not really dancing cause i can't dance but it's more like just jumping  :) and it's really cool!  8)  :P
