At first glance I thought it looked pretty strange, too.  And not very interesting.  Chopin fugue?!  Heller?!  But looking at it again it aroused my interest.  This Barraqué guy sounds interesting.  I had never heard of him.  Also the Heller sounds like fun.  I had never heard of the pianist either and I googled him.  very young and very talented, apparently.

The Barraqué is terrifying. It's developed a certain notoriety - Roger Woodward has a famous recording of it, I think (which Sviatoslav Richter apparently spent some time with). It's an insane horse pill to swallow. I'd say it was too much, but my curiosity is too high; I simple cannot close the door on such things.
