Advices on Moszkowski Etude no. 6 in F major?

I have this etude for two months, but I still can't play it faster than at 120, but it should be Presto.
Any advices on learning this etude, and performance? Thanks.  :)
Currently learning:
Beethoven, Sonata op. 2, no. 1
Bach, Sinfonia no. 7
Bach, French Suite no. 1
Moszkowski, Etude in F major
Clementi, Etude no. 30 in e
Debussy, Clair de Lune
Schubert, Improm
