hello, i was writing some bit's earlier and wrote an arpeggio... And i was a touch confused as to the strongest / best chord to lie underneath the arpeggio.. The note's were ;
B E G B E A C E
So it was an A minor over an E minor, but i wasn't too sure which chord i should run with, ?
the sequence of chord's was
Cm7 / ** / Fmaj7 /
Cm7 / Em / F
i lean towards using A minor because it fall's into the Fmaj7 nicely... so at the moment i'm going ;
Cm7 (P) / Am (1st inv) / Fmaj7 (3rd inv)
Cm7 (P) / Em (2nd inv) / Fmaj7 (3rd inv)
i was just wondering if anyone had any advice / tip's on these sort's of things, ? i guess anything to do with chord colouring, moving, or just any anything would be welcome.
