anyone up for a chat tonite?
on: July 29, 2004, 06:20:51 PM
I was talking to motrax last nite, and he wondered if we could hold a chat tonite.  I said that's fine with me, and I'm assuming then that there won't be one Friday nite, but we will have the usual Saturday morning one.  What do you guys think?  Who all will be there?  What time? (I won't be able to be there from 8-10ish PM--CST.  The only tv show worth watching is on--CSI, and I can't miss that--lol)

Feedback please.

Yes, we'll have a chat tonight (Thursday). I'll choose the arbitrary time of 8:00 pm EST (that's 7:00 CST). If this is a bad time, that's alright, because these chats tend to last for at least an hour or two. Just show up around then, and I'll get the chat started.

Any suggestions for a topic?

GMT? (1:00 am? If so I may just make it). ???

Yes, you are correct.  1:00am GMT.  Great Bernhard!  Will it help if we back it up 30 minutes, so that it would be 12:30pmGMT?

Then chat time would be:  (tonite)

7:30pm EST
6:30pmCST
etc etc

Feedback.  Bernie, could you post and say whether you can come a half hour earlier?  Tash, what about you?  Saturn?  Spatula--I see that you are around.  We would like to have you join us, but I need your AIM screen name.

Anybody else can come and chat with us, just send me your AIM screen name via private message here at Piano Forum, and make sure that you are logged onto AIM at that time, and you will be sent an invitation.

If it's at 7:30, I will definitely attend since I won't be able to come to the 10:00 EST chats due to my Anti-Insomnia sleep schedule (sleep at 10, wake at 8) or the Saturday morning ones, due to my piano lessons.
