Selim Palmgren's Ivy
on: December 29, 2010, 09:13:52 PM
Does anyone know where to get this extremely rare piano work by Selim Palmgren? It is also known as Muratti or Murgröna. It's very lovely, and does anyone know where I can get it in print? (I don't like using out of print services, but I will use those if that's the only way to get a musical work.)
Currently working on:
*Prelude, Op.23 N.4 (Rachmaninoff)
*Prelude & Fugue in F major, WTC II (Bach)
...not fully decided on what else to start (most likely will be a Liszt, Schubert, or Medtner)...

Published by Fennica Gehrman old chap. Not in their recent catalogue.

Sounds like a special order job.

Thanks.

I just hope that they get that recent catalogue out soon because there is many more compositions that I know are published by Fennica Gehrman that aren't in their catalogue.
