Could anyone recommend some good baroque music NOT written by Bach, Händel or Scarlatti to play on the piano?

Sammartini is excellent but very hard to get - do you have inter-library loan?  JC Bach is a joy, WF Bach also amazing, CPE is a bit pedantic.

Depends how far back you want to classify 'baroque'
Commonly played or well known - Purcell, Vivaldi, Telleman, Couperin, Rameau, Corelli, Buxtehude, Pergolesi, A. Scarlatti, Pachalbel, Lully...
Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.

A second for Pachelbel...he did write other pieces besides "Canon in D"! Froberger has many nice pieces, too.

William Byrd definitely deserves to be mentioned.
