The first concerto was published by Universal Edition and the Rhapsody by MCA.

I would suggest you approach them for copies.

I would not worry if they are not in current catalogues.

Many publishers offer a print on demand service for out of print items, but it is sometimes amazingly expensive.

The Kabalevsky first concerto was posted on Pianophilia a while back, if I recall. I haven't seen the Rhapsody anywhere, though.

I have the Kabalevsky first concerto, which is published by Universal Edition. If you go on their website, you can order it rather easily, I am sure.
