HI, everyone:
I am about to start my own piano studio and I am thinking to buy a grand piano.
I don't have any students at this moment but would like to impress my perspective students/parents with a grand piano. Do I start with a used grand piano first or go with a brand new one?( I almost bought a brand new Kawai GM 10k . ) I am thinking to maybe get a used Yamaha GH1 to start with. However, the studio that I am about to take is more like a warehouse space with 1000 square feet big and no central heating system ( just portable ones ) which is pretty bad for grand piano. ( maybe even pretty bad for any upright as well ) I thought about inserting heating bar in any piano that I am about to buy but I am not sure how helpful would that be ? So I thought I might as well start with Clavinova CLP 308 that I just bought for a month.
Anyway, any feedback regarding this considering the setting of my soon- to- be studio which is a month to month lease. ( flexible for me to move somewhere else )

Any opinions/comments/feedbacks would be HIGHLY appreciated!!
BTW, I am in bay area!!
Thank you so much!!!
