Pieces to train broken chords/skiping notes.

I`m looking for some pieces that works with broken chords, or some skiping notes...i don't know how to explain. I mean, mostly pieces i play have a lot of scales or joint degrees...i want something that moves the hand more from down to up.

Chopin Etude Op 25 No 12 is good to train arppegios.
