HELP!! Fingering!

I am having trouble fingering the last 6 bars of Mussorgsky's Gnomus effectively. At the moment I have fingered it - but I can't get it up to the right speed...D**n thumb keeps ruining it. If someone could please take a look and offer some suggestions I would be very grateful.
