Help with trills in Beethoven Sonata no.6 (1st movement)

I really can't play the final long trills at the codetta (m.63) and at the end of the movement (m.197 and 199). The last part of the trill, where it ends with a turn, is especially bothering me. I've tried coordinating the left and right hands to play the trill in time, but when I play it at a certain speed, I just freeze up. Is there anything I can do other than just keep practicing?

I wonder if you're trying to play the trill metronomically, which, of course, is absurd. Practise for a while playing just a long note with a quick three-note ending. b-c-f (f-g-c in the coda to the exposition). AFTER the triplet in the left hand. Practise this until you acquire sufficient independency of the hands.
