Can not comment on the technical aspects (am not schooled in the piano)
but you seem to have the feel for Beethoven and play it very well ... and
you're still quite young !!!

I do have to dash out to work really soon... so I'll just say this. In terms of the dotted quaver/semiquaver patterns - they're not 'quite' rhythmically accurate.
They're kind of like swung crotchet/quaver rhythms. They need to be snappier and sharper in sound.
Also - at the end of the RH triplet quavers in Bars 18 & 20 (those type passages) - I believe the crotchet is suppose to be staccato.
However - they are practically minor little mistakes, compared to how well you performed this piece. You have great control over the piece and play it very well and very confidently.
Just be careful of the octave passages in the Recapitulations 2nd subject (c minor).

Excellent! Full of energy! Bravo!
There are some lesser aspects that you should still improve but having mastered this movement at your age means that you work hard enough and have a very good teacher.
