Music Conservatory camps
on: August 12, 2004, 10:35:56 AM
Have any of you ever attended a music conservatory camp? I mean, there's this camp in Aspen, Colorado, where you go over the summer, and experience really intense music studies. The best part is that you play and study with well known professors every day, and watch many different performances and master classes. Although it does come at a price, I think that this sounds like a great experience. Does anyone have any suggestions for good camps?

A really fun summer camp thing for chamber music - I went here three summers and counting:

Visiting artists included Edgar Meyer, Hillary Hahn, Ryan Anthony, and I think Emanuel Ax at one point.
