Hi everybody!
First of all, I’d like to thank all the members of this wonderful community. You have been such a precious help for me, a middle aged re-starter, and  for Costanza, my 11 years old daughter. She started her piano lessons about two years ago. After two unlucky experiences with private teachers, I decided to be myself her teacher (with your fundamental support). Of course, she does’nt have any ambition to became a pro. But I hope that music will be a source of joy and enrichment of her inner life for the future.
Here are  the last three pieces Costanza have been practicing: Mendelssohn’s Boat song, Brugmueller L’Orage, Debussy Clair de lune.
Unfortunately The Mendelssohn’s Boat song  is performed without repeats. Debussy is still a work in progress.
Any criticism, constructive o destructive, any tips, advices, warnings will be most welcomed.
Thanks again, with all my hearth (and sorry for my awful English)
Margherita

Hi, :)
I am not schooled in the piano, but is an avid fan of classical
piano. I must congratulate the teacher and the student for
as they say " a job well done".  I can sense that your daughter
has natural talent and touch and has good guidance to be able
to play well these pieces within a 2 year frame. Keep it up.

I just wish the teachers here in Pianostreet will give a more academic
and objective assessment rather than my "based on what I feel" assessment.
Thanks.

Thank you so much for your kind reply!
Your words of encouragement will be very helpful for us.
Sometimes we feel a bit dispirited: piano playing is such a beautiful thing, but so difficult, and demanding, even at an amateurish level!
Best whishes, and thanks again!
Margherita
