Goldberg Variation: Two Keyboard Variations

Does anyone have suggestions for a playable approach to these crossing hands variations in the Goldberg where notes are quickly (and seemingly impossibly) repeated?

Practice more.  Release notes faster.  Practice more.  Play slower if you have to.

Which Goldberg variations are you referring to?  Number 8, perhaps?
