I'm interested in buying a used keyboard Casio piano, the guy wants 450$ for it. I want to know if its worth it and I cant find the model.

Without giving the model number I don't know what you expect anyone to say.
But ... since it's a Casio, it will sit at the low-end of the piano price range. I doubt it's worth $450.
I'd suggest that you post your question in the digital piano forum at pianoworld.com
You'll be MUCH more likely to find someone over there with an answer for you.

if it's an ap220 or 620 go for it it. Anything else id say you were getting ripped off. $450 could prolly get you a decent casio with a warranty. I don;t completely trust Casio's to begin with let alone one without that peace of mind paper.

I think that's definitely steep for a Casio. Frankly I'm not crazy about Casios at all, but whatever works. I just think that's a little steep.
