This is a much more substantial piece than I expected to hear when I opened this thread, and a truly wonderful surprise. I was not at all familiar with his Sonatina. It is Schumann and I dearly love Schumann. I love the little Beethoven tribute in the slow movement. There are treasures like this hidden all through Schumann's career. Your playing is passionate and musical, filled with drama and weight. You obviously understand and love what you are playing. The recording itself sounds professional. This is a gift!

Of course it sounds professional, it's a professional recording by an accomplished pianist. Which is why this is useless. He doesn't want or need feedback, this post is a commercial.

Oh my...I am indeed very sorry. There are quite a few dropped notes your accomplished pianist who needs no feedback might like fixing for the next commercial. I take performances as performances, and musicality often transcends such blunders in performance...however, this being a commercial...or is it a commercial for the recording engineer?

Ah well, perhaps this board will have the respect to not step on your commercial, and this thread will drop into oblivion.

You are right, there are dropped notes, and i agree that musicality often trascend it. That's why I didn't spent time correcting them. The second reason is that I've recorded 3 CDs in 3 days, and I really didn't have too much time to think about editing.

Poiu, I'm very sorry for what is a rare outburst on my part. I did not even notice the different names. Even with my perceiving arrogance, I should have let that go and my initial, true thoughts stand. You must understand I do not hold dropped notes or missed notes on the ready to insult - it would be like slamming myself in the head with a bat. I'm mixing people up, but to this pbryld...What's the motive?
