Starting to play Ravel Piano Music

I love Ravel's Music, after listening to Gaspard de la nuit I checked out a score online and was devastated to find that its very difficult to play... Any suggestions for pieces on manageable Ravel piano pieces?

Pavane Pour Une Infante Défunte is another (very beautiful melody too)... Ravel doesn't write easy music though! How difficult are we talking? Jeux D'eau is a favourite of mine which is much easier than Gaspard de la nuit but still quite difficult ;D

1st and 2nd movements aren't bad, but the 3rd movement is not easy at all.
