I love Google Earth, if you do not have it on your computer you need to download it now!
https://www.google.com/earth/index.htmlI like to explore different parts of the world and sometimes I challenge my little cousins to find places on google earth sending them emails and giving them clues where to look. I thought it would be cool to start this type of game on pianostreet. What you have to do is find the image and post the coordinates and name of the place.
For instance:
Perth Bell Tower
31°57'32.40"S
115°51'29.60"E
would point you to the Bell Tower in Perth City if you simply paste
31°57'32.40"S 115°51'29.60"E in the Google Earth search bar.
It is a little tiresome to manually type out the coordinates so use ADD PLACEMARK (it looks like a yellow drawing pin on the Toolbar) and put the little drawing pin on the location, then you can simply copy paste the data that will pop up in another window.
I guess the first to post the coordinates AND name of the location should be the next to post a new location if they have time to upload an image? If they respond in their answer without posting a new image then I will post another one. Let's try not to make them too difficult, this one shouldn't be too hard.
Clue: This image was taken near Perth, West Australia. (nb: North is at top of screen)
