Debussy - Etude pour les Degrees Chromatiques (not finished!)

Started recently, and it's definitely under-tempo.  I told myself I'd post a video of this, and whenever I'm filming anything I tend to rush

If anyone is familiar with this piece, I have several questions about fingering/articulation throughout:

The version I have from IMSLP has 5 pages, so I'm going by those: I put the Page number followed the approximate time in the video it comes up.

P2 (0:31): left hand D# - A - B - F#, how pronounced does that need to be?  It's so close to the right hand and it doubles it at one point, so I'm having difficulty keeping it subtle (I tend to accent the hell out of those just to hear them)

P2 (0:39): LH has a sustained Middle C and Ab, (bar right before rinforzando); I'm doing 432 on the D#-E-F and it's super uncomfortable.  I can't find anything else without breaking the legato entirely.

P2 (0:45): Right before the p< p< part, both hands come in chromatically towards the F; does the left hand then go over the right hand or under; another thing I've tried several different things but am not too sure.

P3 (1:13): the contrary chromatic scales.  I'm doing 1234 1234 1234, but should I use standard chromatic fingering?  I find it near impossible to play 123-13-13-123 etc THAT fast.

P4 (1:38): Left hand has an F staccato going to a Db, while it has a sustained G over top leading into another chromatic.  What do I bring out here?  The G has an accent, but the lower notes are staccato.  At a quick tempo, either they mush together, or one of them is MUCH louder than the other.

P4 (1:48):  The broken minor 6ths (killer for me) in the LH.  I'm lifting my wrist a little, and suspending my fingers.  My hand kind of wiggles back and forth there (it's working ok, but at the tempo I used in the video it's a little too quick for me just now).  Wondering if anyone has any other tips here.

P4 (2:03): The really intense right hand part (when the left hand comes back with the recurring theme), with the Ab octaves.  How the hell do you play this, plain and simple.  I'm doing 15-4-3-2 1-4-3-2 over and over again, and it's OK for the part with the A natural, but here it's ridiculous.

Thanks in advance to anyone offering any advice!  I asked to play this because it was a piece way out of my comfort zone, and I didn't realize how hard some of the easy-sounding parts are!

If I wanted to pair this with another Debussy Etude (for fun!) could anyone suggest any?  (I'm not too fond of the 3rds, 6ths or 'pour les accords').

Posting this actually helped me tons; I noticed a few blatant note errors (oops!) and I'm trying to do a checklist-type thing for the major problems for me (and I'm trying to assign a difficulty level to them, so tackling the easier problems first).
