Whats "harder" Chopin's Scherzo No.3 in c sharp minor, or Rachmaninoff's Moment musical No.4 in e minor?

Chopin's Scherzo is much harder than Moments Musical No.4. Moments musical might have technical difficulties, but the Scherzo has many more.!

Technically- Rachmaninoff Moment Musicale No.4.
Musically-Chopin's Scherzo.
I would say Chopin's Scherzo is a bit more difficult than Rachmaninoff's moment musicale because of the soft passages and the stamina required.  :)
Hope it will help you. ;)
Current repertoire:
Bach Toccata in E minor
Beethoven Sonata op.110
Rachmaninov Corelli Variations
Liszt Paganini Etudes No.2 and 6.
Strauss Burlesque in d minor, Brahms piano concerto No.2.
