Good composition, but the lack of dynamics make it a bit dull...

Wow, wow, wow! That was great! I love it! lack of dynamics or not, it was very pretty!
FYI, I really admire anyone that can compose.. Not everyone is able to do that.

hello!
The recording is EXCELLENT ... it seems that you have captured how the piano sounded... a feat in itself. Although I don't play the piano, from my general audience's ear, the piece and the music are catchy ... it grabs the attention and easily can be hummed. NICE work!!

Odd, I thought I had commented already on this piece. It's really good, thanks for posting it. Do you compose at the computer, at the piano, or a combination of each? And, do you play it the same way every time, or does improvisation play a role?

The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street
In the pantheon of French music, Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924) often seems a paradox—an innovator cloaked in restraint, a Romantic by birth who shaped the contours of modern French music with quiet insistence. Piano Street now provides sheet music for his complete piano works: a body of music that resists spectacle, even as it brims with invention and brilliance.
