Cross hands

I'm working on the second Rhapsody by Brahms. I'm having difficulty doing the cross hands. I don't know really exactly how to do it. Any advice?

The only thing that comes to mind about crossing the hands is ensuring that you are sitting far enough from the keyboard to allow a flowing body movement.  Frequently, this is hampered by sitting too close to the keyboard. The whole body should be able to move smoothly so as to reach the cross over notes.
