Debussy's Six Epigraphs Antiques are lovely and less well known than some other four hands music. I recommend Philip Cashian's Star Machine, which is a concerto for piano four hands and flexible ensemble. However, 4 of the 12 very short movements are for piano four hands on its own and the composer says you can play any or all of the movements in any order. It's written for amateurs so easy to play but still in a modern style. Available from www.coma.org. If you're in London on 25 Oct or Maastricht on 5 Nov you'll get to hear me playing some of the movements! Wonderful, inventive piece.
