I bought a Yamaha Digital Piano P95
on: October 23, 2011, 07:11:30 AM
I had a limited budget and bought a new Yamaha P95 (88 keys, weighted) a year ago for $700.  I am happy with it, but since saw a Casio piano (88 keys, weighted) for $500.  Does anyone here know if the Yamaha is superior to the Casio piano?

(Ideally, I would love to have my old upright grand piano with the brass sound board etc, but it is too big to fit in my second-floor apartment and I sold it to a piano teacher a few years ago.)  At least I know it went to a good home.

Comments anyone?

You've bought the better keyboard. Forget those Casios.

I've got a P95, CP5 and DGX640. You made the right choice.

Thank you both for your replies.  I suspected that the Yamaha was a better piano.
