I am playing in my school talent show and those Chopin pieces are my best pieces and I need to know which I should play.

Play with the one you are most confident with or you like best. The waltz shows the more sensitive side of Chopin while the Polonaise shows the more  virtuosic and majestic side. If you want to impress the adjudicators with your musicality then you can choose the waltz. if impress the school with your technical skills then the polonaise. I'd suggest you choose the polonaise because that piece is both a musical and technical display of music.  :(
Funny? How? How am I funny?

Hi: this is really a guess without hearing you play these. However the answer rests on how good a performer in front of people. Here is my take. If you can play without error then go with the waltz. Its a great piece , but its very delicate and exposed. There is no where to hide with a wrong note . It is very transparent. On the other hand the Polonaise is a little more forgiving as far as rhythm and notes go. So you know you best of all. Good luck with your choice.

going to contribute to the common theme on responses here...the most impressive one is the one you can play most impressively....
