Liszt- Solo version of Concerto No.1
on: September 09, 2004, 03:23:43 AM
I was going through www.sheetmusicplus.com today, and I came across this page:

https://www.sheetmusicplus.com/store/smp_detail.html?sku=HL.50562490&cart=33036637581495457&searchtitle=Sheet%20Music

Seeing "Concerto no.1....Piano solo" I said WOW, and ordered it.

I have never heard any solo version of the piece before.  Does anyone here have a recording of it?

Thanks,
donjuan

Could it be an error? Its probably the normal score.

You could check this site: Howard recorded all Liszts piano music.

It sounds cool, I love that piece (with or without orchestra).

On classicalarchives.com there is an arrangement of it for 2 pianos.

I've heard a solo version somewhere, I'll try and remember where.
