Soul Shields
on: December 27, 2011, 12:44:12 AM
If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then my black contact lenses
are my soul shields. I just started wearing them and when I am in public
I feel like I have on sun glasses so people can't see my eyes but it's
just black colored contacts (no script) to shield my eyes so people can't
see the subtle changes in my pupils or look deep into my soul etc.
Right now it is very hard for me to get them in especially my left eye
but that will change with time as I get better at doing it. I look very
good with black soul shields since my natural hair color is dark brown
and at times (wet) will look black. My eyes are blue so seeing myself
with dark black eyes looks way cool to me and more natural than the
blue eyes with dark brn hair.
I am going to get black lenses with a script so I don't have to use my
glasses if I don't want to. Anyone else out there use colored lenses
(soul shields) or with a script?
Thanks.

Looks like adding photos works! This is me with my black contacts.
I got them both in on the first try this morning so it looks like I can
wear them without difficulty now.
