Saint-Saens cadenza to Beethoven No.4

Hi everybody,
I am new to this forum and hope someone can help me:
I am looking for Camille Saint-Saens' cadenza to Beethoven's 4th piano concerto (G major op.58). If anyone has an idea where to get this rare item or can upload it, I would be VERY happy!
