Tom Lehrer's The Elements

Does anyone know where I can get the sheet music accompaniment for Tom Lehrer's "The Elements", or could you create it or transcribe it? I've already tried, but failed quite badly.

Help would be very, very, VERY, appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,
the tune of Lehrer's Elements Song is that of the major-general's song from Gilbert and Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance. You can get the piano reduction of the opera from IMSLP.
