Hi, are there any slimmers or weight watchers (not connected to the commercial organisation of the same name) on here? I was told at our local health centre in December I had to lose at least 5 stones (140lb, 63kg) or risk an early onset of osteo arthritis, which is hereditary in my family. I weighed in today at 19'6'' (272lb, 123.5kg), having lost 11lb, five whole bags of sugar in the month of January. I've almost dropped one pants size!!!
