i'll just repaste what i already answered to the same question back in november as this is still my solution how i handled these runs. percy grainger normally does a fine job but his choice here won't work for a lot of people at fast tempos (slow it's fine but most of us will tend to lose the line and have trouble controling the crescendo and descrescndo with that editorial selection). not sure why you decided to ignor theprevious advice but for the sake of anyone else that happens upon this later on my fingering solution i worked out with my instructor seems like a sound one.
also you keep referring to an e flat, it is enharmonic to the d# but shows a fundamental lack of harmonic analysis, you should reference what is on the score and i think having an idea about the chord progressions also helps you identify places where there is more tension and thus an opportunity to shape things a bit more.

yeah this is a very awkward run, i like a lot of Percy's stuff but his choice to here is bad news at faster tempos (i.e. you can get away with it slowly but as you eek up the pace to match what the orchestra will be doing it puts you in a position to sound very choppy and segmented vs. a single unified harmonic swell).
i am actually still fixing parts of this run as i had to change the fingering very late in the game becuase of the above problems.
my solution to this was:
LH-4321,4321,4321->2,1234,1234,1234,1234
RH-1234,1234,1234->5,4321,4321,4321,432(either 3 or 1 both work okay )
remember fingering is very personal there are sometimes multiple fingers that will be okay the best one is the one you can play best (generally).
the suggestions on the CMaj7 runs at the end of this section are pretty okay and i'm going with them since i don't like the awkward stretch alt versions put me in, the shifting of the entire hand up and down those runs works pretty well since you're only on the white keys but stay very close to the keyboard and slide up and down rather than lifting to reset.
you'll probably want to figure out a differnt fing for the c# dim 7, the suggestion on the final a half dim 7 works okay too.
hope that helps.

pretty sure i typed them in correctly but those fingerings are what worked for me, you should be able to just write them in note for note finger for finger for each of rh and lh up and down the run.
btw the suggestion for this alternate fingering came at a masterclass and i performed it again for the sme clinician several months later and the solution was well recieved it should work for you.
