Need help id this piece from The Pianist
on: September 15, 2004, 02:08:21 AM
If you've watched The Pianist and better yet if you have it, the main char played this piece in the little restaurant in the ghetto, and there's this man who tells him to stop because he needs to test some coins. I've had that piece stuck in my head, can anyone please identify?  Thanks

I watched that movie almost two years ago.  I remember that part, but don't remember what the piece was, but I'm sure you can't look for the titles from the soundtrack, and maybe work your way from there?

I think I do remember (I watched the movie over a year ago, so I can't be 100 % sure).

It was a solo arrangement of Chopin 1st (or was it the 2nd ?... I think 1st) piano concerto.

oh hmm... that blows. I checked the soundtrack, that piece is not in there. That piece sounds too heavenly. Does anyone know where to get it?
